✔ Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during sales/promotions will be processed on the next working day.

✔ Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.


🚚 DELIVERY TIMELINE

📍 Within Pakistan
Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days in most cities. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

📍 International Shipping

💰 SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard delivery charges apply based on your location and parcel size. These will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

✔ If you request an exchange due to size or preference, the customer will bear all delivery costs.

FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERIES

✔ If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, one more delivery attempt will be made.

✔ If still unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to Aurine Jewels, and the customer will be notified. A new delivery can be arranged with updated address details (additional charges may apply).


📦 DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

✔ If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing contents, please notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

✔ Provide clear images/videos of the unboxing, packaging, and items for faster resolution.

✔ After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or store credit (based on the situation).
