🔁 EXCHANGES & CLAIMS
✔ Unused jewelry items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition, with packaging intact and receipt or order confirmation included.
✔ Change of mind is not valid for return or exchange requests.
✔ Products purchased on sale or discount are final and cannot be exchanged or claimed.
✔ Exchanges are accepted only in case of:
- Defective or damaged item on arrival
- Wrong item received
- Size issue (where applicable, e.g., bangles or adjustable rings)
✔ Replacement must be of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
✔ In case of size-based exchanges, the customer will bear the shipping cost for sending and receiving the item.
✔ Aurine Jewels reserves the right to decline exchanges if the product shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling.
💸 REFUND POLICY
✔ Aurine Jewels follows a strict No Refund policy on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
✔ Refunds will only be considered in rare cases, such as:
- The ordered item is out of stock
- The product received is damaged and a replacement is not available
✔ Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method (card/account).
✔ Refunds exclude shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
✔ Please allow 7 business days for refund processing, and up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect.
✔ Refunds are only issued when replacement or exchange is not possible.
🛡 3-DAY CHECK WARRANTY
✔ Every order includes a 3-day check warranty for manufacturing defects only (e.g., loose stones, broken clasps, or missing elements).
✔ Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to claim this warranty.
✔ Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, perfume/chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear.
🔄 EXCHANGE & REFUND PROCESS
✔ To initiate a claim, contact our support team via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email. Please include:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange or claim
- Clear product photos/videos (including packaging)
✔ Once approved, ship the product back to us at your own expense (unless the issue was caused by our error).
✔ Upon receiving and inspecting the item, your replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
📦 ORDER CANCELLATIONS
✔ Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.
✔ In the event of stock unavailability, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be processed.
✔ Once dispatched, our standard Return & Exchange Policy applies.
